We are based in Naperville, Illinois and deliver within the greater Chicagoland area and surrounding suburbs.
Where do you deliver to and how much does it cost?
We offer delivery NATIONWIDE and to the following local areas:
Zone 1 | Naperville - FREE within a 5-mile radius
Zone 2 | Chicago - $25 (Chicagoland area up to 15 miles outside of Zone 1; additional charges beyond 15-mile radius will be billed in addition to any website payments and must be paid prior to delivery)
Zone 3 | Suburbs - $35 (within 15-25 miles of downtown Naperville)

How do I order?
Online ordering is available anytime at your convenience 24 hours a day/7 days a week. Click the "SHOP" tab above to view each selection as well as a variety of Jolie accessories to purchase. You may also select the "ORDER NOW" button to place an online order. In the event you encounter any difficulty ordering online, feel free to send us your order request via email to: firstname.lastname@example.org or call us directly at: (630) 557-9701 to place an order. Just let us know what platter(s) you would like, the delivery date and location, and preferred delivery time. Let us know if you have any questions about what or how many platters to order; we’d love to help!
What type of payment do you accept?
We take it all major credit cards, Paypal, Zelle, Cash App, cash, or check. After your order has been confirmed, we’ll email you an invoice which is required to be paid at least 48 hours prior to your delivery. Your order will not be initiated without payment in full.
Do you charge sales tax?
IL Sales tax (6.25%) is not included in the prices identified on the website and will be reflected on your invoice.
How do I redeem a gift card?
When you place your order, please let us know that you have a gift card and the gift card number. We will then apply your gift card to the amount owed, and will send you an invoice for the remainder of your balance, if any.
How early in advance do I need to order?
Please give us at least 48 hours notice. We may be able to accommodate something last-minute though - just ask!
I need to cancel my order. Can I get a refund?
We understand that sometimes things happen beyond your control. However, we ask that you contact us to request a cancellation of your order at least 5 business days prior to your delivery day. However, your refund is based upon the status of your order process. In some instances, only a partial refund can be provided. Please see your invoice for details concerning refund requests.
How many people do your boards serve?
Our small boards serve 2-6, our medium boards serve 10-12, and our large boards serve 20-24, all as a hearty appetizer. The grazing boards come in one size and start at 50 people or more.
What is each platter served on?
Each platter arrives in a box on a hand-cut and treated birch wood board that you get to keep.
What comes with each platter?
We provide all serving utensils (tongs, knives, and spoons), but do not provide plates, napkins, or forks.
My platter won't be served until later in the day. How should I store it?
Keep your platter(s) refrigerated until you plan on serving them, if not eating right away. Note that Cheese & Charcuterie boards should be served at room temperature (the cheese will taste best), so take them out of the refrigerator at least 30 minutes prior to serving.
