The Creation of Jolié Charcuterie LLC
Eye catching food displays at any event, whether small, medium, or large has always been high on my list of “must haves” when it comes to entertaining. In my mind, if it doesn’t look good, it doesn’t taste good, so I always strive for both when preparing a menu for a gathering.
I’ve hosted numerous functions and prepared charcuterie boards that not only satisfied the pallet but looked inviting. After each event, I received rave reviews about the combinations I created as well as how “pretty” the spread looked.
After much contemplation with myself, support from my family, and prayer from the people who believe in me, JOLIÉ (which means PRETTY in French) CHARCUTERIE was born.
